Like everyone else posting at the mo, if you live in the uk the delivery time is slow, but not as slow as the returns!
After almost6!weeks and a few emails and calls I have just received confirmation that my return refund is being processed. Allow more time for this to hit my account.
Sadly I won’t be ordering again, I will use Matchesfashion which provides a service beyond parallel.

Order was not delivered for 2 weeks and customer service was useless.

Advertising states free express shipping over €300 on all orders. Charged €17 for expres. Told Portugal only gets standard free. advertising vs what offered not congruent! Customer care not helpful. Won’t use them again.

The Outnet has gone downhill hugely.
What we once an excellent shopping experience is now a nightmare.
Delivery and returns/ refunds take weeks, customer service is a waste of time, reading the standard replies to the reviews says it all.

I ordered a top for 93 dollars, it didn't fit me so I returned it and got a refund of only 84 dollars. (and paid 10 dollars shipping..) In total I lost 19 dollars

I ordered a Veronique stretch jersey tank. I am a standard UK size 12 but I wanted it a bit looser, so I ordered a size 14. When I tried it on it was skin tight. Measured against other garments of this size/material it is clearly not a size 14! Returned.

I recently ordered a few high end dresses to try on for my daughters wedding. What should've been an exciting, special time to buy a dress has been completely taken over by frustration and now anger from the lack of customer service from The Outnet. Their customer service helpline is a complete waste of time and no one even responds to emails or twitter!
One order was placed on 11th April, UPS failed to even deliver it to me and I still not got a refund.
Another order placed on 22nd April has still not been delivered to me!
Meanwhile The Outnet are holding on to over £2000 of my money which I have to pay credit cards or I will have to pay the interest if the refund is not given this week!!
Very disappointing, I would never recommend The Outnet and feel they have alot to learn from websites like ASOS!

I was not sure about The Outnet as I read a lot of bad reviews on them, but I decided to give it a try with a relatively small purchase as the quality of their products seemed high and the prices reasonable. I was surprised and very happy with my first purchase that I soon made another order. In both cases the quality of the products is magnificent, exceeding my expectations. The communications about the delivery were good and reliable. I had the change a delivery date and that was easy. I have to return an item as it is too large for me, so I'll also try the return procedure. Completely satisfied.

Customer care brilliant and always answers fast and promptly.returns are very good as well. Very helpful. Can not recommend you enough

I will say I got my item in a good amount of time unfortunately it looked like it would fit a baby. I am normally an XS and that is what I ordered but since it was so small I had to return. I got my return email fairly fast. But they did deduct 8 dollars and some change from my return. I think they use very misleading tactics to make you think returns are free. When you read the return policy it says complementary and then even says you can drop off your UPS package for free. You have to keep reading and click open the other tabs to see where it finally does tell you that the return is 7.95 plus tax. I wouldn't have ordered had I known this. Reached out to customer service and got a generic email about how they can help me start a return. Not what I wanted help with or what I had asked. Definitely misleading tactics.

The Outnet is an outstanding shopping experience - absolutely fantastic customer service. If you telephone your call gets answered and the staff are so helpful. There is so much choice of excellent quality clothes at good prices and delivery and returns are also outstanding. Highly recommended.

Order shipping and delivery services are very poor. It takes up to 11 business days to receive an order and it takes even longer for a return and refund.

The Outnet has a great selection of designers. I enjoy boutique shopping and I am sold on this site! Great value. I have made multiple purchases and get many compliments.

I placed an order on the 21st March (a belated Mother’s Day treat) and my item was dispatched on the 23rd. I had notice of delivery but during the delivery window the parcel did not arrive. Tracking it through UPS the parcel has been stuck in their depot since then with no resolution (through no fault of my own!)
Having contacted customer service 10’s of times the parcel is apparently waiting to ‘clear customs’ and I am fed up with messaging and chasing to see what progress is being made. I have never had any issues ordering in the past but it puts me off ever ordering ever again. I have emailed the feedback email today and hope that this will be resolved as it’s been so incredibly frustrating and disappointing!
