"Left me frustrated"
I reached out to customer service hoping they could help me sort out my issue, but it just put me in a worse mood. The replies were really short, and I never got a clear answer about what was actually going on.
It felt like no one was that interested in fixing the problem, which was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just some real help, and I definitely expected better.

"Refund was slower than I’m used to"
I ordered something from The Outnet and sent it back quickly, but the refund took way longer than I expected. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, where the money usually comes back fast once the return is received, this felt like a lot of waiting around. I kept checking my account, and when I contacted customer service, they did respond, but it was mostly just telling me to be patient. The clothes themselves were nice enough, but the return/refund process really needs to be smoother. I’d think twice about ordering again if there’s a chance I might need to return something...

"Really smooth order experience"
I recently placed an order on theoutnet, it was a really easy experience from start to finish. Right after ordering, I started getting clear updates letting me know when my order was packed, shipped, and then out for delivery. I didn’t have to keep refreshing anything or wondering where it was, which I really appreciated. Everything showed up right when they said it would, and I felt like I knew what was going on the whole time. It’s a simple thing, but it makes a big difference. I’d definitely order from them again.

The filters made it way easier to narrow things down, which I really appreciated. That said, the search was a little frustrating sometimes because it missed items I KNOW were there. Overall, useful, but the search could definitely be better.

"Suspiciously Smooth Checkout"
I ordered from THE OUTNET i was bracing myself for the usual checkout trap where the shipping suddenly doubles and mysterious fees appear out of nowhere. But nope. Shipping was actually lower than I expected, and there weren’t any sneaky extra charges hiding at the end. For designer stuff, that almost feels too good to be random, but I’m not complaining. Definitely would shop there again.

"No exchanges, super frustrating"
It was really annoying. I found out there are no exchanges available, which made the whole thing feel unhelpful. I just wanted a simple fix, but nope, nothing they could do. Kinda dissapointing tbh.

"Good stuff, but support was frustrating"
I can’t say I don’t like the site because there’s definitely some good stuff on there, but getting help wasn’t no easy thing. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. Not ideal when you need something sorted quickly.

I actually liked the cut a lot—it was flattering and looked good on. But the fabric felt really cheap, which was ridiculous for what I expected. I wanted to love it, but the material kind of ruined it for me

At first, I thought it was going to be a decent experience, but over time the extra duties started to add up in a way that made it feel less worth it. It wasn’t necessarily one huge thing that ruined it, but more like a bunch of smaller responsibilities getting added on, and after a while you start realizing you’re doing more than what you originally expected. If the extra work had been clearer from the beginning, or if it felt more balanced with the pay or benefits, I probably would’ve felt differently. But as it was, those added duties made the overall experience feel a lot less worthwhile.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I ordered a jacket from The Outnet it just wasn’t what I thought I was getting. The description made it sound a lot nicer, but when it showed up the fabric felt kind of cheap and the fit was off, even though I checked the measurements. The color also looked different in person, which I know can happen with screens, but still, it felt misleading. I get that sale stuff isn’t always perfect, but if it’s on the site then the listing should be accurate, otherwise what’s the point. Returning it was more annoying than it needed to be too. Maybe I just picked the wrong item, but I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I keep checking back hoping I’ll find something that actually catches my eye, but it’s always the same handful of designers popping up. Maybe it’s just not my style, or maybe I’m being picky, but I end up scrolling for a while and then realizing there’s nothing I really want. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

"Good finds, but the stock situation is so frustrating"
I do find some really nice pieces on The Outnet, but the stock drives me mad. A few times now I’ve added something to my wishlist or even put it in my bag, and then suddenly it’s sold out or my size has disappeared. I already had a feeling sites like this were a bit of a tease with availability, and this has pretty much confirmed it for me. It makes browsing feel kind of pointless sometimes, which is a shame because there are definitely things I like.

"Worth Checking, Even If the Prices Aren’t Always Low"
I know some people complain that the prices can still be kind of high, that’s fair sometimes. But if you actually check back often instead of judging it right away, the discounts can be decent. I’ve found a few designer pieces for way less than I’d normally expect to pay. Shipping was fine for me too, nothing amazing but no real issues. It’s not perfect, but I still think it’s worth browsing.

I ordered my usual size and they fit mostly how I expected. The jeans were a tiny bit snug, though still totally wearable. I’m guessing they might just run a little small, or maybe the fabric needs some breaking in. Delivery was fine too, no issues there...

I sent a marc jacobs back to the outnet in early july 2016 for repair (after having it for 3 months). it is now 2 october 2016 and i am still chasing up the return of my "repaired" mj bag. no one wants to help and when i call i get a different person and told that someone will call me back -no one ever does.

How to i return item. can't find any info very time consuming

How easy or difficult is the return process? and how long does it usually take for a refund to be reflected in your bank account/ credit card?
